Pricing

Appraisal jobs are typically bid on a per project basis. Fees start at $500 for a conforming residential tract home of 2,000 square feet and less on a standard tract lot of less than 10,000 square feet.  Please call my office for fees of other property sizes or types. Other reports will typically be bid on a per job basis based on the following fee schedule billed on the tenth of an hour as of January 1, 2018.      

  • Roger Doverspike, MAI: $ 200/hr.

  • Certified General Appraisers $150/hr.

  • Certified Residential Appraisers: $120/hr.

  • Licensed Residential Appraisers: $ 90/hr.

  • Appraiser Associates & Data Researchers: $ 80/hr.

  • Secretarial: $ 60/hr.

Depositions and court testimony will be billed at a rate of $400 per hour, minimum one hour of testimony time, plus preparation and travel time at the normal billing rate above.
